Our Managing Director began his career as an industrial psychologist, advising businesses on how to effectively manage, train and upskill their existing personnel to keep them engaged. We've grown enormously and in many directions since then. GP Consult SA does not respond to a vacancy by sending CVs. We respond by engineering a workforce solution. Before a single candidate is sourced, we align with the client on scope, crew composition, productivity targets, supervision structure, tooling requirements and efficiency risks.
Only once this alignment is locked do we initiate the recruitment pipeline.
Every artisan passes through a structured 5-stage gate process before reaching your site. No stage is skipped. No exceptions are made. The employee only receives an LDC (Limited Duration Contract) once ALL stages are complete and they can present themselves as fully site-ready.

Critical commercial rule: the employee receives their LDC contract only once ALL onboarding is complete and they can present themselves on-site. Onboarding cost is only payable once the candidate is fully deployable.

Once deployed, GP Consult does not step back. We integrate 50/50 with the client team — operationally, technically and commercially. The integration structure scales with crew size, ensuring the right level of GP Consult presence on-site at all times.
Every deployed artisan must present their own verified toolbox with fit-for-purpose equipment before deployment. No tools. No deployment. This ensures quality output, personal accountability and professional commitment from day one on-site.
